A circuit-based class focused primarily on strength that will also get your heart rate up! Low + high impact options will be offered. No props required, shoes recommended.
All classes are 45 minutes in length, times listed in EST and hosted on Zoom! Class links will be sent via email 15 minutes prior to class. You'll also receive a recoding of class valid for 24 hours!
Please note that all class package sales are final. Registration closes 30 minutes before class begins!
