A gentle but 🔥 workout primarily for your abs + glutes (although you’ll see a few arm and leg exercises), this class will also work on spinal mobility and posture. Optional props will be offered, can be done without.
All classes are 45 minutes in length, times listed in EST and hosted on Zoom! Class links will be sent via email 15 minutes prior to class. You'll also receive a recoding of class valid for 24 hours!
Please note that all class package sales are final. Registration closes 30 minutes before class begins!
