Your WEEKLY PASS gives you access to all 5 classes throughout the week, plus class recordings, valid for 24 hours after each class.
All classes are 45 minutes in length, times listed in EST and hosted on Zoom! Class links will be sent via email 30 mins prior to class.

Monday @ 12pm EST Pilates
Tuesday @ 6:30pm EST Bodyweight Circuit
Wednesday @ 11am Pilates
Thursday @ 7:45pm Mixed Movement (Yoga + Pilates)
Sunday @ 11am Sweaty Sundays
Please note that all class package sales are final. Weekly pass registration closes 30 minutes before Monday's Pilates class. Schedule may vary slightly week over week, be sure to verify here!
